On March 18th, 2022 the Department of Justice (DOJ) issued guidance on ADA guidelines pertaining to web platforms. Though this isn’t the first discussion on ADA rules for websites, it is certainly the first time formal guidance on ADA requirements for commercial sites has been presented.
